MarK Eisner, Managing Partner
Mr. Eisner is an MIT graduate and has been a software innovator and serial entrepreneur for over fifty years. His first firm was acquired by Chase Manhattan Bank and he has been on a roll ever since.
Over these decades he has acquired practical experience in creating, prosecuting and litigating software patents.
Currently he has more than a dozen patents that have either been granted or are in prosecution. He has worked closely with patent lawyers as a key technical resource during the prosecution process, always finding clear and definitive responses to examiners rejections.
In addition, Mr. Eisner has participated in patent litigation, especially working with patent litigators to favorably define claim terms for the key Markman hearing.
